Ranchi, Dec 23: Chief Minister Hemant Soren has given a prosecution approval order against Suresh Ram who is accused of financial irregularities by misusing his post, criminal conspiracy and cheating.
The case has been registered at Chandil police station with case number-47/2019 under the Seraikela-Kharsawan district.
Moreover, A few others including the deputy chief are also accused in the case.
During 2013-2015, the rehabilitation grant was given by the Government to the oustees in Subarnarekha Multipurpose Project by Yadupati Gop, the then Deputy Head, Village-Meseda, Block-Ichagarh, District-Seraikela-Kharsawan, Development Book No.-4053 (Village Meseda). The fun was embezzled by forgery and tampering with government documents under a conspiracy to pay the amount.
Thus, in the above-mentioned FIR, the accused has been accused of misuse of an official position, criminal conspiracy, cheating and embezzlement of government funds by systematically committing financial irregularities in violation of procedures.
