Ranchi, Nov 23: The Jharkhand High Court directed the state health secretary to personally appear in the court on November 28 to depose in the matter related to a contractual appointment at RIMS.
The development took place in the court of Chief Justice Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad.
The court before giving direction for the personal appearance of the health secretary verbally observed that despite the high court order the state government instead of doing direct appointment has adopted the process of appointing through outsourcing.
