Ranchi, Nov.10: The Jharkhand High Court today directed the police not to take any ‘coercive’ action’ against two district sub-registrars associated with Dhanbad, Rahul Choubey and Rahul Kumar.
The order came from the court of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi after their petitions were heard there.
They had knocked the door of the high court after an FIR was registered against them at Govindpur police station alleging them of adopting illegal ways for registration of a land.
