Jharkhand to see dry weather today, moderate fog alert for next 48 hrs

Jamshedpur, Nov 5 : Ranchi Meteorological Centre issued an alert of moderate fog in several pockets of Jharkhand in the next 48 hours.

Head of  IMD’s Ranchi Met Centre, Abhishek Anand said, “ At some places  early morning fog can reduce surface visibility in  the next 48 hours.”

He ruled out possibility of rains in the next five days atleast.

“We did not find any adverse weather system in today’s wind chart analysis . Weather would be mainly clear and dry over Jharkhand, ” he added.

The forecast also indicated that there will be no significant change in night temperature for the next few days.

Met data has revealed that the minimum temperature will hover between 14 and 16 degree Celsius in most districts of the state for the next 48 hours.

The day’s reading would be around 30 to 32 degree Celsius, two to three notches above the normal.
