Ranchi, May 30: The Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms & Rajbhasha has invited applications for the Jharkhand Technical Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination– 2022 for a total of 594 vacancies through the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC).
The vacancies are available in the Department of Mines and the Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Co-operative. Notably, of the total available posts for 592 posts are regular and two posts are of backlog.
Interested candidates will be able to apply online from June 15 to July 13. The examination fee should be paid by midnight of July 16 and the link for the printout of the application after uploading the photograph and signature will remain open till midnight of July 19. Candidates will be able to make amendments to the online application between July 20 and July 22.
The exam will have both objective and subjective questions and will be conducted in one phase. Notably, three marks will be awarded for each correct answer, while one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. This test, however, will be of three papers.
The first paper will be of a language which will be only qualifying but, it will be mandatory to get at least 30 percent marks in it. The second paper will be of tribal and regional language and the third paper will be of the subject of related specialty and general knowledge.
Posts available in the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms & Rajbhasha include 59 for Fisheries Supervisor, 305 for Block Agriculture Officer, eight for Assistant Research Officer, 26 for Plant Protection Inspector, and 26 for Statistical Assistant. Meanwhile, posts available in the Department of Mines include 32 for Geophysical Analyst, 138 for Senior Auditor, and two backlog posts of Senior Auditor.
It will be mandatory for the candidates belonging to the unreserved category to have passed Matriculation and Intermediate from educational institutions of Jharkhand besides possessing other qualifications to appear in this examination, However, reserved category candidates will get exemption from this. However, it will be mandatory for the candidates to have knowledge of local customs, language and environment.
