Legal services cum empowerment camp organised in Barka Syal Ramgarh

Ramgarh, July 24: To provide information, a legal services cum empowerment camp has been organized in the CCL Barka Sayal area on Sunday. The purpose of the camp is to make people understand their rights so that they can take full advantage of all the schemes being run by the government for their benefit.

Principal District and Sessions Judge cum President District Legal Services Authority Ramgarh Brajesh Kumar Gautam, Deputy Commissioner cum Vice-President District Legal Services Authority Ramgarh, Madhavi Mishra, Superintendent of Police cum member Piyush Pandy on Sunday in the Officer’s Club of CCL Barka Sayal of Bhurkunda area under Patratu block participated in Legal Services Empowerment Camp.

 

Principal District and Sessions Judge Brajesh Kumar Gautam said that in the light of the instructions given by the Legal Services Authority and the Jharkhand Legal Services Authority, villagers and other people have been given various types of legal provisions, judicial procedures, benefits of various schemes etc.

Deputy Commissioner Ramgarh,  Madhavi Mishra appealed to all the people present to be aware of various legal provisions, judicial procedures and schemes being run by the government and make others aware as well. During the program, Superintendent of Police Piyush Pandey gave detailed information regarding the procedure and mediation of Lok Adalat to all the people present.

Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Ramgarh,  Dilip Rajeshwar Tirkey gave detailed information to all the people present about the work being done by the District Legal Services Authority and its objectives.

During the camp, people coming from remote areas of the district were given information regarding various legal provisions, government schemes and execution of problems being faced by them. People were informed about the schemes run by the concerned department, legal provisions, judicial process and benefits to be taken through them through exhibitions put up by various departments including District Legal Services Authority.

Amresh Kumar Singh, General Manager of CCL Baraka Syal, Principal District and Sessions Judge cum President District Legal Services Authority Brajesh Kumar Gautam, Deputy Commissioner cum Vice-Chairman District Legal Services Authority Madhavi Mishra, Superintendent of Police Piyush Pandey and others attended the program.

During the program a large number of beneficiaries and villagers including judicial officers, district level officials of various departments, personnel were present.
