Mumbai, Feb 17: Bappi Lahiri, Bollywood’s disco legend, was put to rest at in Mumbai’s Vile Parle in the presence of his family and relatives on Thursday. Vidya Balan, Mika Singh, Shakti Kapoor, Rupali Ganguly, Alka Yagnik, and Ila Arun were among the celebrities that attended the music composer’s funeral.
Earlier in the day, the funeral procession for famed singer-composer Bappi Lahiri has started from his home, with family, friends, and admirers paying their condolences. Reema Lahiri, his daughter, is distraught as her father’s last trip begins. Lahiri’s family was waiting for his son, Bappa Lahiri to arrive from the US.

Notably, Bappi Lahiri, the legendary Indian singer-composer, died on Tuesday night, February 15, 2022, in the CritiCare Hospital in Juhu. His death was mourned by a number of celebrities, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
