Legendary rock band Linkin Park has officially announced their first-ever performance in India. The group will headline a music festival at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Racecourse on January 25, 2026, as part of their From World Zeroworld tour — their first global outing since releasing their 2024 comeback album.
Mike Shinoda Confirms Long-Awaited Gig
The news came through the band’s official newsletter, where co-founder Mike Shinoda shared his excitement about finally connecting with Indian fans. “India has been somewhere we’ve wanted to play for a long time. Our fans there are incredibly passionate, and we can’t wait to finally bring our live show to them,” he wrote.
First Concert In India With New Vocalist
This Mumbai performance will mark not only Linkin Park’s debut in India but also the first Indian stage appearance of new vocalist Emily Armstrong, who joined after the tragic passing of Chester Bennington in 2017. She will perform alongside Shinoda, drummer Colin Brittain, and guitarist Alex Federer.
Setlist To Blend Classics And New Hits
Fans can expect an electrifying setlist mixing timeless Linkin Park anthems such as Numb, In the End, Castle of Glass, What I’ve Done, and Bleed It Out, with new tracks like Over Each Other, Heavy Is the Crown, and The Emptiness Machine from their From World Zero album.
Tickets And Booking Details
Tickets for the show went live on August 26, followed by general festival ticket sales on August 28. The next booking window reopens at 9:30 am on August 29. The event is expected to draw massive crowds from across India, marking a historic night for rock music fans.
