As soon as the proceedings began, the Lok Sabha Speaker started the Question Hour and Road, Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari answered the supplementary questions of Bharatiya Janata Party member Nishikant Dubey. During this, the members of the opposition were shouting slogans and waving placards near the seat.
