Lucknow, Nov 8: NTPC Northern Region Head Quarters, Lucknow observed Vigilance Awareness Week (VAW) 2022 from October 31 to November 6 with enthusiasm and fervor. This year, the theme was ‘Corruption-free India for a Developed Nation’. On this occasion, the VAW 202 was given adequate publicity through banners, etc.
VAW 2022 was inaugurated by Shri Praveen Saxena, Regional Executive Director, NRHQ. The integrity pledge was administered to all employees on October 31.
An essay competition, speech competition, and Vigilance quiz competition for employees were conducted. NTPC NRHQ also spread awareness of Vigilance (Anti-Corruption) in Kendriya Vidyalaya, DPS School and Rajakiya Mahila Polytechnic in Lucknow through Talk, essay, painting, debate and Quiz competitions wherein the students overwhelmingly participated.
Prizes were distributed in the schools on November 4 where a Vigilance Talk was organised through Shri Aravind Chaturvedi, SP(Vigilance), Lucknow which was highly appreciated by the employees of NRHQ.
The VAW 2022 ended with prize distribution for employees for VAW 2022 which was conducted on 07.11.2022 on the occasion of the 48th NTPC Raising Day.
