Dhanbad, Sept 1: The East Central Railway (ECR) has cancelled Up and Down Malda-Surat express trains passing through Dhanbad–Chandrapura line on September 3 and 5 following commissioning of electronic interlinking at Kachewani railway station under Nagpur Rail Division.
Public Relations Officer of Dhanbad Rail Division PK Mishra said that following the notification of ECR on September 3, train no. 13425 Up Malda Town-Surat Express will remain cancelled on September 3 while service of train no.13426 down Surat–Malda Town Express will be suspended on September 5.
Both trains pass through Dhanbad-Chandrapur railway stations of Dhanbad Rail Division.
