Ranchi: The BJP has started increasing its power in Mandar amid preparations for the by-election. BJP is asking the Panchayat elections winners and their supporters for their support. In this episode, Zilla Parishad member of Lapung in Mandar assembly constituency, Hindiya Toppo and social worker Sukhdev Oraon joined BJP along with several of their supporters on Sunday.
Hindiya and Sukhdev joined BJP at a meeting at the state BJP headquarters. Both took membership of the party in the presence of BJP state president Deepak Prakash and Legislature Party leader Babulal Marandi. After joining BJP, both of them said that they are joining BJP after being influenced by the welfare policies of the Modi government and the party’s ideology.
They further promised to fulfill the responsibility given to them by the party and will work to strengthen the organisation in the Mander assembly constituency.
On the other hand, Deepak Prakash and Babulal Marandi said that the party will be strengthened after Hindiya and Sukhdev joined BJP. The party will get a lot of support from these two public representatives in the Mander assembly by-election. They further claimed the victory of party candidate Gangotri Kujur.
