Ranchi, Oct 9: North Sub Zonal Bureau of CPI (Maoist) has given a call to protest against the judiciary which does not support the effort of the state government to increase the reservation percentage to tribal and scheduled caste on the ground that the limit of reservation should not be more than 50 percent.
The left wing extremist organization is of the opinion that such action of the judiciary is the indication of rising influence of ‘Brahminical Hindutva Fascist’ thought in the judicial system.

Referring to the recent judgment of Chhattisgarh High Court in the matter of reservation, the left wing extremist organization opined that the BJP increased reservation percentage for its vote bank but failed to give right argument before the court.
The extremist organization is of the opinion that the BJP and Congress are leveling allegations and counter allegations on each other in the matter but practically both the parties are against reservation.
The organization, appealing people to protest against the judiciary, alleged the BJP of misleading people on the issue of reservation and gave a call to the tribal people for a massive agitation on the issue of reservation.
