Ramgarh, Aug 29: The Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) Foundation celebrated National Sports Day on Monday and distributed sports materials like boots, shoes, jerseys, tracksuits, shin guards, socks, gloves etc among 21 players of the girls’ football coaching team run by the foundation.
The program was organised in Panchayat Bhawan of Deoria. JSP foundation provides regular coaching in collaboration with Ramgarh District Football Association to give opportunities and promotion to the girls of its working area in sports like football and provides the players with nutritious food, and sports training material and co-operate to participate in various level competitions.
Deoria Panchayat head Vikas Kumar and Ramgarh District Football Association secretary Mustafa Azad were present as special guests in the program.
JSP Patratu’s CSR Head of the department Ravi Niwas, Anurag Singh, Rashmita Das, Prakash Kumar and players Nandani Kumari, Antara Kumari, Nikita Kumari, Rakhi Munda, Sulekha Kumari, Krishi Linda were present on this occasion.
