NCB summons Prabhakar Sail for second day, SIT issues notice to Nawab Malik’s son- in -law and one other

Mumbai, Nov 9: Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) vigilance team, led by Deputy Director-General Gyaneshwar Singh has summoned Prabhakar Sail for questioning for the second consecutive day in the alleged payoff in the case.

Earlier on Monday, the NCB vigilance team questioned Prabhakar Sail for over 10 hours.

“Prabhakar Sail appeared before NCB’s vigilance team for questioning that started at 2 pm and ended at 12:20 am, We will again start the questioning in the morning,” said NCB Deputy Director General Gyaneshwar Singh.

Notably, Sail is the personal bodyguard of Kiran Gosavi and also a witness in the Cruise Party Drug Case.

Meanwhile, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) formed by the Narcotics Control Bureau has summoned two persons for questioning in connection with this case involving Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik’s Son- in- law Sameer Khan today. Khan was earlier arrested on January 13 by the NCB for dealing with commercial quantities of the drug. However, he was granted bail on September 27, after eight months in prison.
