Patna: Amid ongoing recruitment drives in Bihar, the state government under Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is reportedly leading in employment generation, surpassing many others in its hiring efforts. However, a credit battle has emerged, with Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav seeking recognition for the employment achievements. Commenting on this, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Nityanand Rai, responded to journalists at Patna Airport.

On Tejashwi Yadav’s recent claims regarding job credits, Rai firmly stated that “The jobs provided or being planned have all been decided by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. In any state, it is the Chief Minister who heads and represents the government.”

Nityanand Rai further criticized Tejashwi Yadav, asserting that “Tejashwi is known only for corruption,” and reiterated that the employment initiatives in Bihar are thanks to Nitish Kumar’s leadership, which the people of Bihar wholeheartedly support. Rai emphasized that Tejashwi should recognize this reality.

Additionally, the Union Minister expressed optimism about the upcoming Jharkhand elections, claiming that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is set to form the next government in the state. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s efforts in driving developmental projects in Jharkhand, stating that the NDA is unified and fully prepared for the electoral battle ahead.
