Pakistani terrorist arrested in Delhi

AK-47, 50 bullets, hand grenade and Indian passport recovered

New Delhi, Oct 12: Delhi Police Special Cell on Tuesday arrested a Pakistani terrorist from the Laxmi Nagar area in the national capital.

One AK-47 rifle with one extra magazine and 60 rounds, one hand grenade, two sophisticated pistols with 50 rounds have been seized from his possession. The police have also found a fake ID from him, in which the address of Shastri Nagar in Delhi is written. In this ID, his name is written Ali Ahmed.

The accused was identified as Mohammad Ashraf Ali He is a resident of Narowal in Punjab, Pakistan. Relevant provisions of the Unlawful Activities(Prevention) Act, Explosive Act, Arms Act and other provisions are being invoked against the man. Delhi Police also conducted a search operation at his address in Laxmi Nagar.
