President leaves for MP after paying tribute to Dharti Aaba in Ulihatu

Ranchi, Nov 15: President Droupadi Murmu, who visited Ulihatu village in Jharkhand – the birthplace of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, on Tuesday to pay her respects to the freedom fighter, took off for Madhya Pradesh from Birsa Munda Airport in Ranchi.

It was getting to 11.03 am when the first citizen of the country took off to address a Janjatiya Samagam at Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh, being organised by the Government of Madhya Pradesh, on the occasion of Janjatiya Gaurav Divas.

In the evening, the President will also attend the civic reception to be hosted in her honour at Raj Bhavan, Bhopal and virtually lay the foundation stones for projects of the Union Ministries of Defence and Road Transport and Highways.
