Ramgarh, April 21: A 22-year old girl died in a road accident after the auto she was in collided with a pickup vehicle near Loco Colony at Ramgarh-Patratu main road.
Around 6 people, including women, men and children, in the auto were seriously injured during the collision. After the accident, the local people informed the local Barkakana OP in-charge Mantu Chaudhary about the incident.
Police reached the spot and took the injured persons to Ramgarh Sadar Hospital with the help of local people.
The deceased girl, a resident of Patratu Sakul, was coming from Patratu to Ramgarh in an auto (JH24 F-3027) when a pick-up vehicle coming from Ramgarh hit the auto.
Barkakana Police has seized the damaged auto and pickup vehicle from the site of the accident.
