Ramgarh: BJP workers protest against murder of Dumka girl

Ramgarh, Aug 31: Several BJP workers protested against the brutal murder of Dumka girl Ankita at Subhash Chowk in Ramgarh on Wednesday.

The workers registered their protest with deafening slogans against the Chief Minister Hemant Soren, and demanded that Ankita’s killer be hanged.

Praveen Mehta, BJP district president said that the student was burnt in Dumka in the past and with the cooperation of the local administration, the Jharkhand government has been dealing with the matter. He said that the statement given by local MLA Basant Soren to lighten the matter is very unfortunate.

Senior BJP leader Ranjit Sinha, District General Secretary Khirodhar Sahu, Senior Vice President Raju Chaturvedi, Vasudh Tiwari, Treasurer Deendayal Kumar, Rajiv Palmdutt, Media in-charge Satyajit Chaudhary, Social Media in-charge Praveen Sonu, Cantt.  Mandal President Shiv Kumar Mahato, Mahila Morcha District President Laxmi Devi, and several others were present on the occasion.
