Ramgarh: One dies, another injured as Trailer crashed in Chuttupalu valley

Ramgarh, Oct 2: A trailer crashed on Saturday late evening in the Chuttupalu valley of Ramgarh-Ranchi four-lane road. The trailer went out of control while coming from Ranchi in the valley, due to which the accident happened.  In the accident, the UP resident driver died on the spot. However, the name of the deceased driver is yet to be known. The dead body of the deceased has been kept in the cold house of the post-mortem room.

The injured Khalasi was stuck in the trailer after accident and has been identified as Khalid Ahmed (40), a resident of Tarapur in UP.

Ramgarh police, reached on spot after getting information, took out the driver and the Khalasi with the help of crane and sent to Sadar Hospital for treatment. Khalasi has both legs fractured. He also suffered a serious injury to the forehead. He has been referred for better treatment to RIMS.

After the incident, the police removed the trailer from the road.  Due to this, the traffic was made one way for about three hours.
