Ranchi, July 30: A two-day virtual training for as many as 600 teachers from the 30 DAV School branches operating in Ranchi, Barkakana, and Jamshedpur began today at DAV Public Hehal in an effort to help them perform at their best.
Assistant Regional Director of DAV Jharkhand Zone B, M K Sinha, inaugurated the workshop organized jointly by the Centre for Academic Excellence run by the education department of DAV College Management Committee, New Delhi and DAV Public Schools running in Jharkhand.
In this workshop, teachers of higher secondary schools in subjects like Hindi, English, Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Commerce and Physical Education besides others were imparted training from subject experts.
Sinha while inaugurating the workshop said that it will be beneficial for those who have some doubts taking the methodology of teaching their subjects in classes.
He further said the workshop will help understand the subject in a better way and motivate teachers to share the knowledge among the children in the classes to ensure better results for students.
