Ranchi, Jan 7: Central Coalfields Limited (CCL)bagged the prestigious (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) “ ICSI-CSR Excellence Award for the year 2022 for the Best Corporate (Large Category) in the award ceremony organised in Mumbai on January 6.
Justice P. Sathasivam former Chief Justice of India presented the award to HN Mishra, Director-Personnel, CCL.
Notably, Central Coalfields Limited implements a plethora of activities for the holistic development of the stakeholders.
CMD CCL PM Prasad expressed his delight at the company being conferred the award. He stated that the award is a recognition of CCL’s unique and extraordinary contribution to CSR & implementation of innovative practices, programme & projects in CSR.
He said that under the leadership of Coal Minister Pralhad Joshi and the guidance of Coal Secretary Amrit Lal Meena and Coal India Chairman Pramod Agrawal, CCL will continue to strive for the inclusive development of the local community.
He expressed his gratitude to the State Government, District Administration and trade Union representative for their support. Dir (Pers) HN Mishra stated that the award motivates the employees to perform with enhanced zest and enthusiasm.
