Ranchi, Jan 31: Central Coalfields Ltd (CCL) today organised a farewell function ‘Samman Samaroh’ in Ranchi for its 164 superannuating employees. The program was attended in large numbers by general managers, HoD’s and other employees of the company.
The superannuating employees included Narendra Pal Singh, GM (Mining), Rajiv Ranjan Srivastava, GM (Mining), Ramesh Jha, GM (Mining), Sanjeev Kumar (GM Ex), MCS Rao, GM (E&T), Raj Kumar Singh, Chief Manager (Ex), Dr Madhu Kumari (CMO), Jadu Nath Mardi, Chief Manager (Store Pharm), Srikant Rai, Dy. Manager etc.
The programme was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with colleagues and seniors to reminisce joyous moments portrayed by a short film in which the superannuating employees shared anecdotes from their professional journey which was aired on the occasion.
CMD CCL PM Prasad was the chief guest on the occasion. Director Technical,(Operation) RB Prasad along with Director (Pers) Harsh Nath Mishra, Director Technical (P&P), B Sairam, Director (Finance), Pawan Mishra, CVO, Pankaj Kumar also graced the occasion
CMD Prasad thanked the superannuating employees for their significant contribution and also wished them luck for the next innings.
Director Technical (Operation) RB Prasad stated that the company will always be grateful to the superannuating employees for their contributions. Director (Pers) Harsh Nath Mishra said that retirement is just a change of role and that retiring employees should take care of their health.
Director (Finance), Pawan Mishra in his message spoke about life after retirement and asked the superannuating employees to enjoy this phase of life.
Director Technical (P&P), B Sairam stated that CCL is a family and the retiring employees will forever remain a part of the family CVO and Pankaj Kumar congratulated all the superannuated members for their long and successful journey.
