Ranchi: The dead body of a young man was found hanging from the Palash tree among the bushes. The dead body was recovered from a Palash tree near Rahe OP Domandih village in Bundu. The villagers have expressed apprehension of murder. Police engaged in the investigation of the case.
Dead body found hanging in Palash tree
The body has been identified as 44-year-old Vidya Mandal, a resident of Domandih village. The family members told that Vidya Mandal had left the house at 2 o’clock in the night saying that she had gone to the toilet. But even after a long time, he did not come home and in the morning a dead body was found hanging in the Palash tree among the bushes near the village. After which the villagers have expressed apprehension that the dead body has been hanged from the tree after killing the person. At the same time, the family told that the person did not have any dispute with anyone.
Police engaged in investigation of the case
Villagers told that Vidha Mandal was very friendly in nature. After which the police was informed about the incident. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started investigating the matter. The body was removed from the tree and sent for post-mortem. OP in-charge Suryakant Kumar said that necessary investigation is being done by taking possession of the dead body. Murder or suicide will be known only after investigation.
