Ramgarh, Aug. 4: Train number 22349/22350 Patna-Ranchi-Patna Vande Bharat Express train will be diverted to run via Barkakana-Muri-Ranchi instead of its scheduled route of Barkakana-Tatisilwe-Ranchi from today till further orders.
“It may be noted that due to heavy rains in the past days between Hehal-Sanki stations on the route through which the 22349/22350 Patna-Ranchi-Patna Vande Bharat Express operates, landslides had taken place and the stones and soil of the mountain got loose there. In view of the possibility of landslides due to this, from the point of view of safety, the movement of passenger trains on this section has been stopped till further orders,” said Virendra Kumar, Chief Public Relations Officer.
