New Delhi, Nov 1: Mumbai police to provide Y+ security cover to actor Salman Khan. The step has been taken by the state government after the actor received a threat letter from Lawrence Bishnoi gang earlier.
Salman Khan was reportedly on the Lawrence Bishnoi gang’s hit list, according to recent reports. According to the sources, this gang’s members were waiting to carry out the murder outside the actor’s property. Salman Khan’s security cover has now been increased by the Mumbai police Protection branch to Y+.
Everywhere he travels, he will have two armed guards with him. His home also has two guards assigned to it. Amruta Fadnavis, the wife of Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis, has also been given a cover similar to this one.
