Ranchi: BJP state president and Member of Parliament Aditya Sahu has praised security forces for the successful large-scale anti-Naxal operation in Saranda, calling it a significant outcome of the Centre’s mission to make India Naxal-free.

Operation Linked to Centre’s Naxal-Free India Campaign

Aditya Sahu said the Saranda operation, in which security forces neutralised a large number of Naxals, is the direct result of the firm resolve of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and the central government’s target to eliminate Naxalism from the country by March 2026. He stated that Naxal violence cannot be a solution to any problem and that peace and good governance are the only sustainable paths to development.

Call for Naxals to Join the Mainstream

The BJP leader appealed to individuals associated with the Naxal movement to abandon violence and return to the mainstream by adopting peaceful means. He reiterated that the BJP-led government remains fully committed to achieving a Naxal-free India through strong security measures, development initiatives, and inclusive governance.
