New Delhi, May 19: The Supreme Court on Thursday has ordered the Varanasi trial court to postpone the Gyanvapi Mosque case till Friday, May 20.
Vishnu Shankar Jain, the advocate of Hindu side, informed the Supreme Court that senior advocate Hari Shankar Jain is ill and sought that the Gyanvapi Mosque case be heard the next day.
Earlier in the day, the survey report consisting of 10 to 15 pages was submitted to the Varanasi court. Advocate Vishal Singh, the Court-appointed special assistant commissioner, said a video chip has also been submitted to the Varanasi court.
