Ranchi, Aug 4: The Sarojini Damodaran Foundation (SDF) set up by Kumari Shibulal (Patron) and S D Shibulal (Co-founder, Infosys) has invited applications for its Vidyadhan scholarship programme.
The scholarship is for economically backward students, from families with an annual income below Rs 2 lakhs. Interested candidates should have passed their Matriculation examination in the year 2022 from Bihar state with more than 80 percent or 8 CGPA in the 10th class, while students with disability will have an opportunity with 65 percent or 6.5 CGPA.
Pankaj Tripathi, Principal Consultant, Sarojini Damodaran Foundation, informed that the selected students will be eligible for a scholarship amount of Rs 10,000 per year for Intermediate. If they continue to do well, they will be given between Rs 10,000 and Rs 60,000 per year for pursuing degree courses.
