New Delhi, Dec 26: Tv actress Tunisha Sharma allegedly died by suicide on December 24 and her co-actor Sheezan Khan was arrested under section 306 of IPC for abetment of suicide.
According to the FIR, both actors were in a relationship and broke up 15 days back. It is suspected that this left Tunisha upset and pushed her to the edge.

In a video message, Tunisha Sharma’s mother Vanita Sharma accused her daughter’s former boyfriend Sheezan Khan of cheating on Tunisha and said he broke up with the actress despite promising to marry her. “Despite being involved with another woman, he continued a relationship with Tunisha. He used her for three-four months. I just want to say that Sheezan should be punished, he should not be spared. I have lost my child”.
The actress attempted suicide in the makeup room of her ongoing TV show Ali Baba: Dastaan- E- Kabul. The actress hanged herself in the makeup room of her alleged former boyfriend and co-star Sheezan Mohammed Khan. Tunisha was found hanging inside a washroom and rushed to a hospital, where she was declared dead.
Actress’s post-mortem report reveals that she wasn’t pregnant and it clearly states that she died due to suffocation on Sunday.
Tunisha Sharma’s last rites will be performed on December 27 in the Mira road area.
