Taapsee Pannu, Tahir Raj starrer ‘Loop Lapeta’ trailer out, to release on OTT on Feb 4

Mumbai, Jan 13: The trailer for Taapsee Pannu and Tahir Raj Bhasin’s Looop Lapeta was finally unveiled on Thursday after a lengthy wait for fans. On February 4, the film will be released on Netflix.

Notably, Looop Lapeta directed by Aakash Bhatia is the Hindi remake of the German film Run Lola Run.

Taapsee Pannu took to Instagram to share the trailer of the film, Looop Lapeta. Taapsee and Tahir try to reclaim Rs 50 lakh in the 2-minute-25-second trailer. Taapsee is shown being entrusted with the task of winning Rs 50 lakh in 50 minutes while also trying to save her boyfriend.

Sharing the trailer, Taapsee wrote, “50 lakh 50 min Can Savi save Satya in time? @tahirrajbhasin…Looop Lapeta, a Sony Pictures Films India Feature and Ellipsis Entertainment Production , directed by @bhatiaaakash , coming on 4th Feb, only on Netflix. #LooopLapeta (sic).”

Julia is played by Shreya Dhanwanthary in the film. Taapsee and Tahir are crime partners who each receive 50 lakhs. Tahir is a useless boyfriend who is in serious difficulty, and Taapsee transforms into a lady trapped in a temporal loop.

“This compelling story was extremely enjoyable to make along with my director, Aakash and co-star, Tahir. I cannot wait for fans and audiences to watch this edge-of-the seat film and enjoy it as much as we loved making it,” said Taapsee in a statement.
