Patna: Firebrand leader and Jan Shakti Janata Dal (JJD) chief Tej Pratap Yadav has once again stirred controversy with his sharp remarks, this time targeting both Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and his younger brother Tejashwi Yadav.
‘Rahul Gandhi Should Have Been a Cook’
Taking a swipe at Rahul Gandhi, Tej Pratap said, “His job is to ride motorcycles and cause pollution. He will keep catching fish all his life while the country sinks into darkness.” He further mocked the Congress leader, saying, “He only talks about employment, but no one gets jobs. Wherever he goes, he just catches fish and fries jalebis. Rahul Gandhi should have been a cook, not a politician.”
Targets Brother Tejashwi Over Mahua Incident
Turning his attack towards his brother, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, Tej Pratap alleged that poor villagers were lathi-charged during Tejashwi’s visit to Mahua. “He talks about social justice, but in Mahua, the poor are being beaten,” he claimed.
Tej Pratap also announced plans for a major public event in Raghopur, saying, “I will hold not one but two programmes in Raghopur. My helicopter will land at both places. The public now understands everything.”
Comment on Nitish Kumar’s Absence
When asked about Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s absence from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s roadshow, Tej Pratap quipped, “What can we do about that?” choosing not to elaborate further.
