He was delivering a keynote address on the concluding day of a two-day HR conclave KRONOS -21, organised on a virtual platform by XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Anurag Patnaik, Head of Human Resource, Nestle spoke on how to be the best candidate for hiring. He also suggested measures as to how to headhunt the best candidates.
Columnist-cum- management consultant Abhijit Bhaduri spoke on ” Careers in a Hybrid Corporate World ” at the plenary session of the conclave.
Businessman turned politician from Tamil Nadu, K. Pandiarajan interacted with the participants of the conclave on HR issues.
Batch profile of Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management (ExPGDM) students was also released.
The batch comprises 114 professionals with work experience of more than five years from various industries like IT, banking, finance, manufacturing, construction, etc.
The theme for the two-day virtual conclave which kicked off on Sunday, August 1 was “Re-defining the Role of Human Resources for the Future.”

The audience comprised an eclectic mix of professionals and students across various fields including IT, manufacturing, finance, construction, etc, faculty members, and guests.
On the first day, the conclave witnessed HR experts and leaders from various Industries interacting with participants.
The two-day conclave is a unique initiative by Ex PGDM students where Industry and academia meet and together explore the role of HR, and the employees and employer relationship.
