Uttara Ladies Club, NTPC NRHQ distributes sanitary dispensing machines, pads to girls

Lucknow, Sept 8: Uttara Ladies Club of NTPC NRHQ distributed three sanitary dispensing machines and sanitary pads to girl students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Patrakar, Lucknow on Thursday as part of the CSR activity.

Karabi Sen, President of Uttara Ladies Club, NRHQ was the Chief Guest of the program.

It is pertinent to mention that Uttara Ladies Club under the dynamic leadership of Karabi Sen, has done many welfare and CSR activities for the education and health of children in the past.

C P B Verma, Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya, expressed his gratitude and appreciated the novel initiative by Uttara Ladies Club. Teachers and girl students of the school were present during the program.

The ladies club committee members distributed sanitary pad packets to each girl student and emphasized on the importance of cleanliness and hygiene. Sanjita Kumar, Sr Vice President of Uttara Ladies Club and other senior committee members were also present during the program. The initiative by Uttara Ladies Club was appreciated by all.
