Noida: A shocking incident surfaced from Sector 107 on Valentine’s Day, where the bodies of a young couple were found inside a car on Saturday afternoon. Initial police investigation suggests the man first shot the woman dead and then died by suicide inside the vehicle.
Bodies Found After Passersby Raised Alarm
Local passersby noticed two bodies inside a car with blood spread across the seats. They immediately informed the police. A police team rushed to the spot, searched the vehicle, and recovered both bodies.
Victims Identified, Pistol Recovered From Car
Police identified the deceased man as Sumit, a resident of Trilokpuri in Delhi, while the woman was identified as Rekha. A pistol was also recovered from the car, strengthening the suspicion that the same weapon was used for the murder and suicide.
Crime Scene Sealed, Postmortem Underway
The police sealed the area and sent both bodies for postmortem examination. Families have been informed. Officials said the case appears linked to a relationship dispute, though all angles are being investigated.
