Ramgarh, May 10: In a road accident that occurred today, a woman died on the spot while her husband and one and a half year kid sustained serious injuries. A trailer hit the bike rider couple at Naisarai of old NH33. After this accident, the road going from Ramgarh to Hazaribagh had been blocked by angry people who gathered there after the road accident.
The husband, wife and their one and half-year-old son, a resident of Bhurkunda were going on their bike to Naisarai. Meanwhile, a trailer hit the motorcycle. Shahadat Hussain, the husband driving the motorcycle, survived. But his wife Sabina Khatoon 28 years old, pillion rider came under the grip of the trailer, due to which she died on the spot.
They were going to meet their relatives admitted to Hope Hospital on Ranchi Road. After getting the news of the accident, the Ramgarh police reached the spot and sent the bike rider to the hospital. The body of the woman was sent for postmortem.
It is said that the trailer loaded with iron rods was going towards Ranchi Road from Ramgarh’s side. There is no entry into the city during this time. How this trailer reached Naisarai in no entry remains a matter of discussion.
