Ramgarh, Nov.12: A youth died in a road accident on Friday near Patratu Lake Resort main gate under Patratu police station area of Ramgarh district.
According to police, Ravikant (22 years old), son of Bhurkunda Glass Factory resident Baban Prasad, was going to Ranchi by his motorcycle when an LP truck coming from behind near the Lake Resort main gate rammed with him, trampling Ravikant.
The LP truck was apprehended at Simalbeda in Pithoria Valley with the help of Pithoria Police Station. On receiving information about the incident, Patratu police reached the spot and took the dead body in their possession. They sent it to the Sadar hospital’s postmortem house. Patratu police have started further action regarding the incident.
