Ranchi: Jharkhand Police personnel are being deprived of the benefits and promotions of MACP due to non-completion of training. About 10 thousand policemen of different districts, corps, units of the state were getting PTC training in different training institutes of the state. Meanwhile, last year due to the Kovid-19 epidemic, the training was stopped in March 2020 and all the trainees were returned to their native corps.
SPC training was only 19 days left
At that time only 19 days were left for the trainees of ZAP, IRB, SPC training. Their training started in the first week of April this year when the impact of Kovid-19 subsided. Meanwhile, due to increased infection of Kovid-19 again, all were returned to the parental corps, stopping training from April 16. At present, only 4 days are left for the SPC training of the trainees of ZAP, IRB.
Training not completed even after 2 years
The jawans are getting training for two years, but till now the training is not completed. Due to which there is a feeling of dissatisfaction among the soldiers. Also, due to non-completion of training on time, jawans and MACPs are being deprived of benefits and promotions. Due to which their morale is being adversely affected. Jharkhand Police Mains Association wrote a letter to the policemen to pass
Regarding this, a letter has been written to the DGP in the Jharkhand Police Men’s Association. In a letter written by the Police Men’s Association, it has been said that in view of the corona epidemic, it has been decided by the Central and State Government to promote all the students of the country and the state to the next class including class X and XII. Due to Kovid-19, the training of policemen is not likely to start at present.
Considering this, the policemen undergoing PTC, SPC and SLC training in various training institutes of the state should be pleased to declare them as passed, so that the morale of the policemen remains high
