4.3 magnitude earthquake jolts Gujarat

Rajkot, Feb 26: Gujarat was struck by an earthquake on Sunday afternoon with a magnitude of 4.3, according to the National Center for Seismology.

According to a tweet from NCS, the tremor was felt at 3:21 pm, with its centre being about 270 NNW of Rajkot.

Thus far, there have been no recorded casualties.

According to a representative of the Institute of Seismological Research (ISR), three small earthquakes were detected in Gujarat’s Amreli district over the course of two days last week, according to news agency PTI.
