New Delhi, June 6: More than a week after Punjab singer-politician Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will meet with his family on Tuesday.

Notably, Moose Wala ran for the Congress in the state elections in Punjab’s Mansa. He did, however, lose to the AAP candidate. He had joined the party two months before the assembly elections in December. However, the teenage rapper’s time at the party was brief. His assassination shocked the state.

Meanwhile, a third person has been arrested in connection with the murder of Punjabi musician Sidhu Moosewala, bringing the total number of suspects detained in the investigation to three.

On Sunday evening, Davinder alias Kala was apprehended in Fatehabad, Haryana. On Monday, police sources revealed that two of the murder suspects had allegedly stayed with him.

Two other suspects were apprehended by the Punjab Police on June 3 in Fatehabad, and their participation in Moosewala’s murder was being investigated.

The Punjab Police made the first arrest in this case on Tuesday, two days after Moosewala was killed in Mansa district.
