Ramgarh admin demolishes six stone crushers in action against illegal mining

Ramgarh, Aug 16: In order to completely stop the illegal mining in Ramgarh district, strict action has been taken against six crushers in Ramgarh on Tuesday. Deputy Commissioner Madhavi Mishra has directed the officials to work in a planned manner to tackle this problem.

On the instructions of the DC, the action was taken under the chairmanship of District Mining Officer Nitesh Kumar, Mining Inspector  Vinod Bihari Pramanik, police station in-charge Barkakana  Mantu Choudhary and other police forces under the Barkakana police station area.

Among the six crushers that were demolished, 1 was behind Kander FCI godown and 3 at Teliatu Mauja.

The District Mining Officer informed that continuous action is being taken against illegal mining by the district administration whenever information about illegal stone crushers is being received.
