Deoghar: Miscreants loot fifty thousand at gun point

Deoghar, Aug 25: Around fifty thousand rupees have been looted from a customer service point of Bank of Baroda at gun point on Thursday afternoon. The customer service point is located at Lalodih under Devi pur police station area.

As per information five miscreants have committed the crime. After committing the crime they started to flee away but were chased by locals. Fortunately at some distance locals were able to capture two out five looters. The other three managed to escape on a bike with the looted cash.

Locals and villagers handed over the duo caught while fleeing to the police. They have been identified as residents of Dhowana village under Char mandih police station of bordering state Bihar. Deoghar SDPO Pawan Kumar reached the spot and took the stock of incident upon receiving information.
