Hazaribag, Oct.18: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren today said that his government is taking welfare schemes to the last man while attending ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program in Baghitand stadium in mica town, Koderma. Soren told the gathering that government officials will be reaching their house to solve their problems.
He added that last this program was launched and total of 6,000 such camps were organised in the state where 40 lakh applications came for various works and 99% were solved.
“I have again directed officials to solve all applications and problems coming in aapki yojna aapki sarkar aapke dwar camps. Earlier, officers didn’t want to go to remote areas but now in my government, they are visiting such places on bike, tractor or even on foot.,” CM said.
Soren said the opposition didn’t want the welfare of the poor and needy and so targeted his government by saying that they are wasting money in organising these camps.
He added that in earlier governments, schemes were made in air-conditioned chambers but his government brought all schemes to people’s doorsteps.
“This is not a one-month program but will continue in the coming months as well,” he added.
He said challenges keep coming but instead of giving up, they keep tackling them. Clearing this, he mentioned a drought-like situation in the state but said plans are ready to deal with this situation in an effective way. He said in the coming days, 50,000 recruitment will take place in various departments.
He also inaugurated and laid the foundation of 513 schemes of RS.286 crores.
