Sub-10 chill prevails at several places across Jharkhand 

Fog, mist to prevail in morning for next 72 hours

Jamshedpur, Dec 17: The plummeting minimum temperature has resulted in Sub-10 chill at several places across Jharkhand.

Met statistics revealed that the minimum temperature dropped below 10 degrees Celsius at several places including Daltonganj, Deoghar, Bokaro, Giridih, Ramgarh and Simdega.

According to statistics, minimum readings fluctuated between 10 and 12 degree Celsius at Ranchi, Jamshedpur and Chaibasa in West Singhbhum.

A climate analyst at Ranchi Met Centre said that no significant synoptic features prevail over the state and that there is no trace of any adverse weather system which impacts Jharkhand’s weather in the next 72 hours.

He went on to say that fog and mist would continue to prevail in the morning for the next 72 hours.
