Jharkhand: Speed trial of 26.6 km-long Sidhwar-Sanki rail section on Dec 20

Ramgarh, Dec 17: The dream of the ambitious Koderma-Hazaribagh-Ranchi via Barkakana rail project is soon going to come true.

On December 20, the Commissioner of Railway Safety will conduct an inspection and speed trial of the newly-constructed 26.6 km-long Sidhwar-Sanki railway section after which trains will run smoothly in the green valleys.

With the commencement of this rail route, trains will be able to connect railway passengers rom Ranchi directly to Hazaribagh and Koderma located on New Delhi Grand Chord Main Line via Barkakana.

For this, preparations are going on a war footing. Track color lacquer, points, electricity, and signals among other things are being finalised. At the same time, the work of installing attractive lights in all four railway tunnels is also going on.

Deputy CE Construction Bikesh Kumar, XN AK Singh, PWI NP Singh, IOW Avinash Kumar, Randhir Kumar, Manoj Kumar, Mitesh Kumar and others are engaged in the preparation.
