Ranchi, Jan 6: A total of 12,489 (99.36 per cent) deeds out of 12,569 have been sent to the concerned Circle Officer for suo moto mutation since the implementation of online mutation on December 1, 2022 by Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
For the deed which has not been automatically sent from the Registration Office to the Zonal Office due to technical reasons, provision has been made for an online push button to send the deed at the concerned Registration Officer’s level, using which the Registration Officer can send the such deed to the relevant Will send to the zonal office.
Earlier, a separate application had to be made for mutation after the land registry, due to which people had to face many problems. To solve these problems, suo moto mutation was launched by the government in the entire state.
Due to this, the deed is sent online to the concerned Zonal Officer at the time of registration and an SMS related to it is automatically sent to the party of the deed. In the SMS received by the land registrar, it is told that your deed has been sent to the concerned Circle Officer for rejection and there is no need for you to apply separately for rejection of the deed.
After the initiation of the process of suo moto mutation, the PDF of the deed is easily sent to the Circle Officers with one click. If there is an error related to the party’s caste or party’s father’s name etc. in the sent Meta Data, then for its correction, a correction module has been made available in the log-in of the concerned Circle Officer. Due to this, the work related to the admission-dismissal process is being done easily and it is also being continuously monitored.
