Ranchi, Jan.10: A student of Lohardaga, Ashirvad Suman, who first got admission at RIMS through the quota provided for physically challenged and then later shown the door to admit a student from Bihar, knocked the door of Jharkhand High Court for justice.

Suman’s advocate Subhashish Rasik Soren confirmed the development saying it was a peculiar case of injustice that the RIMS first admitted his client after verifying all the documents and collecting the requisite fee and later cancelled his admission to admit another student in his place.

“The candidate is from Bihar and is not physically challenged,” Soren said.

Soren said while cancelling the admission the RIMS did not give any solid reason.

Through the petition the petitioner has also attempted to point out corruption involved in it and sought proper justice for him.
