Ramgarh: Tata Steel Foundation distributes blankets among Birhores

Ramgarh, Jan 13: Tata Steel Foundation (TSF), West Bokaro Division organised a blanket distribution program for the Birhor community on Friday at the auditorium.

Anurag Dixit, General Manager of Tata Steel, West Bokaro Division graced the occasion as the chief guest along with Mahesh Prasad, President, RCMU, West Bokaro and PK Singh, Secretary of RCMU, West Bokaro.

The main objective of the initiative is to protect the Birhor community of peripheral areas of Tata Steel`s operations in Bokaro Division from the harsh winter. As part of the initiative, 90 blankets were distributed by the dignitaries to people from the Birhore community.

Moreover, BV Sudhir Kumar, Chief, CB, West Bokaro Division, Tata Steel, Rajesh Kumar, Chief, CEP, West Bokaro Division, Tata Steel, Girish Sharma, Head, Security, West Bokaro Division, Tata Steel along with Union office bearers and public representatives attended the program.
