Ranchi: Psychology Dept holds lecture on ‘Organisational Behavior and Human Resource Management’ in RU

Ranchi, Jan 30: The Department of Post Graduate Psychology under the chairmanship of Head of the Department Dr Zeba on Monday organised a lecture by keynote speaker Dr Syed Khalid Parvez on ‘Organisational Behavior and Human Resource Management’.

Dr Syed gave a psychological lecture to the Semester I students about Organizational Behaviour. He shared important details through facts and taught students how with the help of psychology, work can be done in organisations properly and how production can be emphasized. In his lecture, he also threw light on how skill-building and personality can be made effective. He also shared his experiences regarding Human Resource Management from a psychological point of view.

Notably, Dr Syed Khalid Parvez is a Professor at VIT Business School in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. He has done his postgraduate and PhD studies at the Department of Postgraduate Psychology, Ranchi University.

The lecture was attended by Dr Indira Pathak, Dr Parvez Hasan, Dr Rozalina Singh, Dr Anita Arora, Dr Renu Kumari, Dr Reeta Kumari, and Dr Abha Ekka along with students of Semester I of the department.
